Like it or not, fashion is everywhere! It is in every town, in every country, all over the world. It is on Social Media, TV and in magazines. You don’t have to be a ‘Fashionista’ to be into fashion – you just have to know what you like (or don’t like).
Fashion is and always has been a popular aesthetic expression. Especially when it comes to clothing, footwear, lifestyle, accessories, makeup, and even hairstyles.
Some people see fashion as a way of expressing themselves, of letting their personality and identity shine, and why not?! We advocate anything that allows you to embrace who you are and how you look!
The first official Fashion Week started in 1943 in New York. This was to distract the attention away from French fashion during World War II and kickstart the way for American designers. Previous to this, the first fashion magazine was published way back in Germany in 1586.

Fashion changes from season-to-season, year-to-year and even day -to-day! One day cold shoulder tops will be a must, the next dungarees and shorts are all everyone is after. Overall, I think dresses are the most popular fashion item – from the classic LBD to the must-have minis and midis, it just depends on how you like to dress. And of course, that will change depending on the area and country you live in – that’s the beauty of fashion!
